That is actually Bob from Athens. There is no project name that I know of. Noumena (spelled wrong on the calendar) is Aaron Hibb’s solo act that he has been doing for years.

This is the only act I saw that night. I’ve tried to shoot Forest twice (both times at Skylab near the donation table) and all my pictures look shitty. I can’t figure that area out.
